The Floral Design Hub – Workshop Ethos
Our workshops are all about creativity, connection, and hands-on floral fun. We create a relaxed, welcoming space where you can play with flowers, explore new techniques, and grow your confidence as a floral designer—whether you're a total beginner or looking to refine your style.
Led by floral designer and experienced workshop host Dee McMeeking, each session is packed with practical tips, creative inspiration, and plenty of encouragement to help you bloom in your own floral journey.
Workshops are held on Saturday mornings at the charming Ballyglunin Station, Co. Galway (H54 D863), with all flowers and materials provided. Some sessions may invite you to bring along your own foliage or favourite vessels—adding a personal touch to your creations.

About Dee
Hi, I’m Dee!
I’m a floral designer, teacher, new micro-flower farmer, and small business owner with a big love for all things floral, based just outside Abbeyknockmoy in Co. Galway.
I’ve always believed that flowers are meant to be enjoyed, played with, and shared—and one of my absolute favourite ways to do that is through workshops. After hosting a few lovely demos in Corofin and Tuam this year, I realised how much I missed it… so I'm back with a fresh lineup of floral workshops!
